From there, we’ll be communicating with you via email to share the quarterly rewards opportunities available to you throughout the rest of 2022. Just take the requested action and we’ll add more cash to your Bright HealthCare Rewards Visa card!

You can start earning rewards January 1st 2022 or any time thereafter when you’ve enrolled in a plan and made your first payment.
You have until 12/31/22 to complete your rewards and spend your funds, unless otherwise specified. If you terminate your plan, you have 90 days after termination to use your funds.
You will always be able to see which rewards are available by logging into your Member Hub account. Keep checking back to learn more about the latest rewards available.

Program availability subject to regulatory approval in some states. In Arizona, cash rewards cannot be used to pay member premiums. Other restrictions may apply. Must be 18 years or older and paid current on your monthly premiums to be eligible to receive Bright HealthCare Rewards. Eligible members must sign up for Bright HealthCare Rewards and must create a Member Hub account to earn rewards. Member Hub can be accessed at https://brighthealthcare.com/member. Members who are unable to access Member Hub will be provided a reasonable alternative to accessing the program by calling 855-827-4448 (TTY: 711). When you sign up for the program (on or after January 1, 2022), each eligible member will receive a reloadable prepaid VisaTM card within 10-15 business days. Participating members will receive email or text notification regarding information about newly available rewards inside the Member Hub. Additional rewards will be placed on the original card sent to the member. Please keep it in a safe place.
